Ubiquitous Urban plan
The vertical growth in cities. When towers can be occupied by different functions not only vertically, but within and between towers, they can access from different levels. When looking at an overall city fabric, it is visible that certain functions (like museums or schools) happen at a certain distance from each other, or within a certain area. Functions can cluster together into mixed zones or they can be separated into districts where one function is dominant over others. Our goal is to have a city center that functions at different levels while providing open space for users leisure time too. Merging and separation of different functional spaces can be realized in various levels relation. The 6 main topics(culture, residential, office, retail, recreation, tranpostation) have its own detailed systematic types but if their function integrates with other, then the local conditions and the overall urban fabric deforms together. In this language the multiple ramp system provides a strong dynamic space usage and particular human scale.
